Langkawi has the same type of climate as Thailand. It is known as a tropical monsoon climate. November through March is the busiest time. During this time, Langkawi experiences the most traffic.

Following the heavy rains of the wet season, the plant life thrives creating beautiful sights.

Wet Season (low season):

The rain varies in levels of intensity. Sometimes intense flooding is possible.
